Kempton

Jeremy Niles Kempton received his bachelor's degree at Eastman School of Music as a pupil of Emory Remington, and his master's degree at the University of Illinois, studying with Robert Gray. He then held the solo trombone position with the Tehran National Opera and Symphony Orchestras. Mr. Kempton has been music director of over 50 productions of musical theater and 3 operas in the New York City area and is the founder and conductor of the Island Chamber Symphony. He currently resides in Long Island, NY.
